Christian Brothers’ High School, Lewisham is an independent Catholic School in the Edmund Rice tradition catering boys from Years 5-12. We understand the unique learning needs of boys and support each student on their own journey. We combine education, spirituality and social justice to develop young men of integrity who will become valued members of the community.

We are looking for a Learning Support Teacher to join our team. In this role you will collaborate with teachers across faculties and provide specialist support to students across Years 5 – 12 with additional learning needs, providing these students with the opportunity to grow to their full potential.

About You

  • An excellent educator with experience and/or qualifications in learning support
  • Ability to provide support to students with a diverse range of learning needs  
  • Experience in NCCD procedures and the collection of data
  • A proven ability to work effectively and collaboratively within a team
  • Commitment to supporting the Edmund Rice charism
  • An understanding of appropriate behaviours and professional boundaries that reflect child safeguarding values in practice
