Safeguarding

At Christian Brothers Lewisham, the safety and wellbeing of every child and young person is our highest priority. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for any form of child abuse and take proactive steps to prevent harm in all its forms.

We recognise that children and young people have the right to be protected, to be heard, and to thrive in an environment that respects their dignity and promotes their development. Every member of our school community plays a vital role in fostering a culture of safety, respect, and inclusion. We actively embed child safety principles into our daily practices, policies, and programs. Our school fosters a culture and environment that values safety, inclusion, participation and empowerment, ensuring the dignity and wellbeing of every child in our care.
