Learning Support Teacher

 A unique opportunity exists to join our Diverse Learning department. In this role, you will collaborate with teachers across faculties to provide specialist support to students across Years 5 – 12 with additional learning needs, providing these students with the opportunity to grow to their full potential.

About You

  • Demonstrated experience and qualifications in the area of learning support
  • Demonstrated ability to teach small group literacy classes
  • Experience in NCCD procedure and the collection of evidence
  • A proven ability to work effectively, constructively and collaboratively within a team
  • Commitment to supporting the Edmund Rice charism
  • An understanding of appropriate behaviours and professional boundaries that reflect child safeguarding values in practice
  • Passionate in meeting the educational and wellbeing needs of young men
