Parents and Friends
The P&F Association at CBHS has a long tradition of holding events that build community with the strong support of the school leadership. The P&F Association at Lewisham focuses on facilitating community events that engage all stakeholders, rather than existing as a fundraising entity. The P&F Association is completely self-funding.
What we do
We hold morning teas, Year 7 and Year 5 Parent and Son events and Meet and Greet Nights. Once a term we hold a Forum where the staff are available to answer questions as well as inform parents of school developments. Guest speakers are also invited to address the Forum, usually about boys’ education or parenting. The P&F also supports the Justice and Peace Department at the school.
The P&F only works because we have such generous parents that support our events. All parents are encouraged to attend Forums and social events. We welcome additional volunteers to help make these events a success.
